EU Approval for Three Food Irradiation Facility This is to inform that vide European Commission Decision No. 2010/172/EU dated 22nd March, 2010, the EU has approved following three food irradiation facilities of India. 1.   Two of these facilities are in the public sector in Mumbai 2.   One is a private facility in Bangalore. A copy of the European Commission Decision is enclosed as ANNEXURE A for reference.
