Ministry of Commerce & Industry National Certification System for Tissue Culture Raised Plants (NCS-TCP) National Certification System for Tissue Culture Raised Plants (NCS-TCP) is being implemented by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India since year 2006, as per the Gazette of India Notification under the Seeds Act. 1966. Central Insecticides Board Registration Committee

The department of Agriculture of this Ministry took immediate steps to frame the Rules and constituted Central insecticides Board and Registration committee. The Committee is to facilitate the registration of safe, efficacious and quality pesticides for domestic use and export and to disseminate information to State Governments and other concerned departments/agencies for effective implementation of Insecticides Acts and Rules framed there under.
